Why Are They Jumping?

I was a jumper myself.  Over the last 5 years or so, I have been in seven different network marketing companies.  You know the story, the grass always, at least sometimes looks better on the other side of the fence.  However, I now think that is rarely the case the other side is better.

As I and many others have written about, network marketing is a personal relationship business.  It is not about, at least not primarily about the product, the company and certainly not the compensation plan.  Yes, those things do count but if one is not developing themselves into being a master recruiter and leader forget it.  It does not matter who you are with.  My experience has shown me to look in the mirror when my business is not going the way I want it too.  I do not need to know about the most lucrative compensation plan, the best product or the company with the most integrity, professionalism, etc. etc. etc. if "I am not working."

When I master recruiting and my leadership skills, I will be open to other opportunities.  In the meantime, unless someone is going to do the work for me in another company, I am good where I am.
